For the service section we are looking for

Technical advice as well as processing and clarification of customer requests in the event of disturbances, complaints and application-related issues of industrial customers, in particular from the swimming pool, beverage and food industry Water softening, membrane technology, hygiene, disinfection, natural water supply and cooling water treatment Coordination and follow-up of service and follow-up measures and tuning of solutions with technical departments and internal interfaces Develop and optimize service products through quality analyses and continuous product improvements Support in the planning, implementation and commissioning of water treatment solutions as well as cooperation in the design and implementation of training

Successfully completed training for technicians or masters with multi-year professional experience, ideally with electrotechnical background Knowledge of industrial water treatment of advantage Safe handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems as well as good English skills Excellent customer, service and consulting skills Responsibility, self-initiative, team capacity and willingness to participate in readiness Excellent customer, service and consulting skills Responsibility, Individual initiative, Teamability
