Internal Sales Representative / Sales Operations (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively shape sales and take responsibility? In this varied position, you combine the support of our customers with exciting tasks in the area of sales operations. You support strategic sales activities, optimise processes and contribute to the further development of our sales organization. You enter our key account customers in the GMP industry and develop tailor-made solutions for their requirements You create individual offers and develop customer-oriented offer concepts You support the audit of contracts, tenders and customised agreements You coordinate the cooperation between sales services, external services and specialist departments You're puggling and developing our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and being a key player in lead management You analyze existing sales processes and implement optimization potentials You create sales-relevant analyses, key figures and reports You take on your own projects and special tasks in the area of sales and sales operations

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification You bring experience in sales, sales controlling, project management or sales operations You are safe in handling CRM systems as well as processing and analysis of key figures You enjoy customer contact and interest in commercial, analytical and organizational issues You work structured, think analytically and also find pragmatic solutions for complex issues You like to take responsibility, work successfully in the team and convince by a service-oriented procedure
