Number: MER00042V9 Your internship – more than just numbers, dates and presentations Do you want to not only look at the internship, but to help shape, analyze, communicate and deliver visible results? Then you are right with us! In the Center assembly planning at the Sindelfingen site, we are involved in the worldwide production planning of Mercedes‐Benz Cars. As an interface between specialist areas, planning and management, we accompany the launches of new vehicle series and drive strategic topics in a highly dynamic environment. We combine business topics, strategy, communication and analysis – and here you come into play. What awaits you with us... In your internship you will get a deep insight into: Management and decision structures of an international group cooperation with numerous internal business partners from production, logistics and research & development strategic control, communication and reporting processes of a globally positioned area You work close to management, bring your own ideas and implement them independently. Your results – in particular presentations and decision templates – are actively used and presented. You will not be bored! As part of your internship, you will perform the following tasks: Creation, revision and further development of presentations (PowerPoint) for executives and top management Preparation of complex content, key figures and analyses for meaningful management presentations and decision templates Development of clear storylines, visualizations and core statements for different target groups Preparation, implementation and follow-up of work and management dates as well as the use of agile methods in workshops Participation in the strategic planning of investment and own costs and presentation of results in management reviews Implementation of target-actual analyses with historical and current annual data and visual preparation of the results Creation of monthly personnel and status reports incl. Management dashboards and presentations Evaluation of personnel demand planning and preparation of results for decision support Participation in the organisation and content preparation, as well as support in the implementation of executive and employee events (e.g. Townhalls) Support for internal meetings (Agenda creation, presentation preparation and preparation) Building, maintenance and optimization of knowledge platforms Design, support and care of internal communication channels (e.g. social-intranet page) The activity can begin from August 2026.

With this profile you fit perfectly with us: You study Business Administration, Marketing, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Media/Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course You communicate safely in German and English – written and oral You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and a good feel for visual processing You like to work structured, independent and analytical You bring your own initiative, creativity and team spirit You are available for 6 months in full time for a mandatory or combination internship (subject to study regulations) Sounds exciting?
