For Perthes-Pflegedienst in Arnsberg we are now looking for a dedicated home technician (m/w/d) in parttime with a job size of 75% (29.25 hours/week) In this versatile function, you take care of the maintenance and maintenance of our buildings and outdoor facilities and are an important contact person for technical and craft tasks on site.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and maintenance of buildings, plants and outdoor areas

• Maintenance of green areas and outdoor facilities

• Implementation of small repairs in and around the building

• Implementation and coordination of maintenance and maintenance work

• Regular control of buildings and technical installations

• Detection and reporting of repair and maintenance requirements

We offer you this

• Fair remuneration according to AVR DD: grouping in EG5 – depending on qualification and professional experience – or according to BAT-KF

• At 29.25 hours/week: 2.516 € to 2.753 € brutto/month

• Annual special payment (according to AVR DD regulations)
