As a technical service manager (m/w/d) for photovoltaics and BESS, you support our plant managers in the background. You coordinate internal and external applications, take care of disturbances and make sure that the operation of our solar parks and battery storage runs smoothly – from the desk.

You coordinate the technical deployments of our service team and external service providers in your solar parks and battery stores and ensure trouble-free operation You process the error messages stored in the ticket, organize the scheduled execution of all maintenance activities and document all operations using a CMMS system You stay on open topics, keep an eye on deadlines and ensure a clean follow-up You provide all data for the correct commercial processing If spare parts are needed, you will agree with purchasing, storage and disposition You will get to know the characteristics of the solar parks as well as BESS and its components and are the first respondent in technical questions You work closely with our monitoring team

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or a successful completed study in the STEM area First professional experience in the field of technical services or deployment planning are ideally brought with you In addition, you are safe in handling MS Office programs, experiences with monitoring and CMMS systems are advantageous You will be drawing with very good knowledge of German in word and writing, English skills are a plus You have a class B licence You draw from organizational skills and joy in structured work
