As Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire internal recruitment process at our customer company, from demand analysis to contract creation, You write job advertisements, switch them to relevant job portals, test applications and perform telephone interviews as well as personal interviews You work closely with the customer company's personnel and specialist department and their personal service providers and are a competent contact person for all relevant questions. In addition, you are constantly looking at the relevant recruiting metrics and, together with your team, manage process optimization strategies You create the interface between our customer and Hays Enterprise Solutions and work as an extended arm of the HR department either in our branch, onsite with the customer on site or at home
