Caregiver Day Care Part-time – Laatzen (m/f/d)

As a caregiver (m/w/d) you accompany and activate our guests in everyday life. You plan employment offers, guide groups and promote our guests' independence and quality of life. Framework conditions: Place of use: Laatzen, Hahne Tagespflege | Grasdorf. Hours: 25 hours a week. Working hours: Early and late services from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:30. In representation situations, flexible use can be required in both services; of course, with leisure compensation. Payment: For a weekly working time of 25 hours, the monthly gross salary is € 2.083.65.

Your tasks: Daily care: Active support of our guests in daily care. Jobs: Planning and implementation of group activities and creative offers. Daily support: Promoting self-employment and support in daily processes. Teamwork: Close cooperation with the care and care team. Daily structure: Support in the design and organization of the daily routine.

Your profile: Qualification: Approved qualification as a care force according to § 43b / 53b SGB Xl. Experience: Ideally experience in the care of older people, for example in a day care or care facility. Communication: Good knowledge of German as well as an empirical and safe handling of older people and groups. Operation: Self-employed, responsible and reliable. Flexibility & mobility: Class B driver's license is desirable to be able to assist in driving if necessary (e.g. in the case of representations in the team).
