You take responsibility. As a senior business architect, you shape the future of our customer organizations. You develop sustainable business architectures, link specialist and process logics with strategic target images, creating the basis for future-oriented transformations. Together we shape sustainable business transformation. Business Architecture: You develop and establish consistent business architectures for banking transformations that combine strategic goals with operational reality and technological requirements. Integration: You can recognize dependencies between clearly defined domains (e.g. front-to-back process, accounting, risk, payments, lease) and thus provide a holistic view of specialist and business processes. Translation services: Strategic target images are presented in architecture-ready concepts, roadmaps and principles, supporting business and IT decision-making across the entire program or project life cycle. Stakeholder-Alignment: You moderate architecture workshops, conduct design reviews and act as a central architecture-saving partner for business leaders, project managers and technical architects.

Enterprise-Fit: Proactively make sure that architecture governance artifacts (e.g. patterns, guidelines, reference models) are applied consistently in all transformation projects.

Market effect: With an analytical view, you identify opportunities for increasing efficiency, quality and innovation in business architectures and thus gain added value for customers and organization.

Architecture experience: multiannual experience in the design of scalable business architectures, especially in banking or financial services

Bank expertise: deep understanding of banking processes and domains (e.g. front office, back office, payments, accounting, risk, compliance)

Strategic thinking: ability to translate technical requirements into coherent architecture concepts, roadmaps and business privileges.

Methods: very strong moderation, communication and negotiation capabilities with proven experience in working with business leaders as well as project and program control circuits

Framework competence: sound knowledge of modern architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate, Business Capability Modeling), process methods and ideally experience in working with domain-specific reference models

Governance Focus: Safe handling of architecture governance, domain boundaries, interface management and consistency protection mechanisms

Result orientation: structured, analytical method combined with high quality standards, sense of responsibility and clear orientation of business value creation in transformation programs.

Language knowledge: very good German knowledge (C2) and English knowledge (C1) for sovereign communication in customer projects and internal teams
