You take over the examination and collection of digital input and payment invoices with and without order reference Your main tasks include the regular tuning and care of the creditor accounts as well as the processing of reminders and balance confirmations You scan supplier invoices and accept the correspondence with the suppliers In addition, you are responsible for the examination and booking of the travel cost accounting of domestic and foreign service travel, taking into account the operating, legal and tax regulations They act as contact persons for travel cost accounting questions and work with special accounting topics and projects
