I introduce my expertise to the further development of regulatory market processes as well as to the establishment, introduction and operation of industry-wide platform solutions such as the MaBiS hub. I am responsible for the technical design and quality assurance of requirements and processes both in existing and new system landscapes. My tasks: monitoring process sequences, data and deadlines for ensuring regular market processes (GPKE, MaBiS, WiM), processing of requests from customers and authorities, Analysis of process key figures and creation of meaningful reporting, recognition of incidents, analysis and identification of the causes of deviations, deriving appropriate measures for problem solving or optimization, defining use cases and acceptance criteria and ensuring their successful implementation, validation of specifications; work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of department, IT and external partners, Provision of professional process, data and interface knowledge as well as documentation of standards and decision logics.
