The transport operation of Stadtwerke Solingen GmbH is the service provider for mobility in Solingen. For exactly 127 years, we have been keeping our city mobile and creating connections to the surrounding region. Around 65,000 trips per day are made on 24 lines with our 47 buses and 58 environmentally friendly O-buses and BOB's. Monitoring and control of operations, vehicle operations and road traffic malfunction management in operating irregularities and their documentation Support of our driving personnel from the control centre and on the route Monitoring and guidance of the driving personnel according to requirements Takeover of general operational and administrative tasks in the field of transport and farm management Organisation of derivations and redirections Daily disposition outside office hours as well as ensuring special trips Use as a bus driver*in case of need

You have completed training as a specialist in driving, as well as several years of professional experience in scheduled traffic. You have successfully completed the qualification as a VDV traffic master and/or experience in the field of a control center. You own the driver's license class D including a valid passenger license. You work team-oriented and convince by a strong communication skills in dealing with employees and customers. You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, overview and leadership. You show commitment, flexibility and willingness to work in full-shift operations. Ideally, you have good local knowledge in the Solingen area. You have very good knowledge of German; English skills are of advantage. You have good knowledge of MS Office as well as ideally basic knowledge of control center programs and bring a pronounced IT affinity.
