You want to study practice-oriented in cooperation with the FHNW? With us you have the opportunity to combine theory and practice and to gain practical experience alongside your Bachelor's degree. During your four-year practical studies in the field of energy and environmental technology, you are employed in our area “heat and energy solutions” in Rheinfelden (DE), and you will learn the following activities: You will get a broad insight into our entire field of expertise – from project planning and project development to technical planning and construction management to technical and commercial management. You will be assigned to a fixed project and actively accompany its development and implementation over a longer period of time. You support project managers in the development of technical concepts, the preparation of calculations, documentation and evaluations as well as the preparation of decision bases. You also accompany appointments on site, for example in the context of construction monitoring or for coordination with service providers. Technologies and systems You will learn common simulation and calculation tools in the field of heat and energy technology. You work with the usual office applications and with our ERP system SAP. In addition, you will gain insights into project-related digital tools (e.g. for design, documentation or project management). Key topics in the field The focus of your practice is on sustainable heat and energy solutions, in particular: Planning and operation of heat networks Development of sustainable supply concepts Rental electricity solutions based on photovoltaics Charging infrastructure and integrated energy systems You work closely with colleagues from planning, technical management, project development and technical sales and get a comprehensive insight into the entire value chain of modern energy projects.
