The internal audit is a central part of our corporate structure and plays a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency and regularity in all business areas. Our team consists of 15 employees including executives who together form a powerful unit. In the internal audit, we independently cover all test areas without exposing audits to external companies. This allows us to develop a deeper knowledge of internal processes and implement tailor-made audit approaches that meet the specific requirements of our company.

For our headquarters in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full or part-time, job sharing possible:

Self-employed and qualified implementation of system and regularity checks with focus on controlling and overall bank control Own-responsibility check in all areas of the control bank and related fields including the preparation of the corresponding test reports Implementation of project-accompanying examination activities and expert advice Ensure compliance with statutory, statutory and internal requirements as part of the audits Proactive participation in the development and integration of innovative testing methods taking into account current risk assessments

Successfully completed business studies and/or completed bank training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) and ideally based training Multiannual professional experience in the internal audit of a bank or a financial institution ideally with a focus on controlling, overall banking control or IT (e.g. as a revisor (m/w/d), internal auditor (m/w/d), auditor (m/w/d), bank business operator (m/w/d), controller (m/w/d) or comparable) Understanding revision technology and methods of risk identification and assessment Comprehensive IT skills and safe handling of MS Office applications Efficient, analytical, targeted and solution-oriented operation Willingness to take responsibility and initiate change processes
