Lead Engineering Operations & Strategic Delivery (m/f/d)

Strategic orientation: consolidation and enforcement of a clear roadmap for development and change projects in close coordination with the CTO. Decision-Enablement: Building efficient decision formats and creating focused briefings for the management and moderating priorities between product, engineering and management. Leadership in critical phases: “Rapid Response” situations (Fire Drills) – from fast coordination to sustainable post-processing. Operational start-up: Direct implementation of important initiatives and punctual adoption of operational tasks in critical project phases or at strategic interfaces. Project Management & Coaching: Head of selected individual projects as well as targeted coaching of project managers and technical leads to the promotion of organisational further development.

Engineering Foundation: Detectable, practical experience in engineering electronics products (e.g. hardware development, embedded systems, PCB design). A deep understanding of development cycles, verification/validation and the production transition is absolutely necessary. Proven leadership skills: At least 5 years of experience in leading functions in the context of change projects, PMO leadership or comparable roles. Stakeholder Management: Sovereigns appearance and experience in cooperation on management and executive levels. Methodology competence: Excellent knowledge in project management methods as well as handling tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel or Power BI. Hands-on mentality: The willingness to work with, where it acts strategically, paired with the ability to deepen technical facts. Communication: Excellent moderation and communication skills in German and English. A plus: experience with agile approaches in hardware development and experience at the interface between product management, engineering and operations.
