Leadership and development of a powerful team responsible for providing, analyzing and interpreting performance data based on Process Mining Ensuring data quality and consistency across all relevant processes Building KPI and SLI dashboards, reports and performance analyses to support strategic decisions Close cooperation with business areas, IT and management to identify optimization potentials Promoting data-driven culture and implementing best practices in process management

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, business management, engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in Process Mining, ideally with CelonisTechnical background with profound understanding of data analysis, data modeling and process optimization Detectable leadership experience in comparable positionStart analytical skills, communication strength and pronounced stakeholder management Hands-on Mentality with strategic view for process and performance optimization
