For our site in 04774 Dahlen we are looking for a reliable employee (m/w/d), who supports us in the field of formwork renovation and welding work.

After an intensive incorporation phase, you take over your tasks more and more independently and tune the work directly with our customers. Your area of responsibility includes not only the professional preparation and repair of formwork elements, but also provides a perspective for your use as a foreman.

We would like to meet you if you are handcrafted, have sound knowledge of MAG and are willing to take responsibility.

Your tasks

• Cleaning, testing and classification of formwork elements
• Implementation of repairs and plate changes
• execution of MAG welding work
• Self-planning and coordination of work with the customer
• Control and ensuring the required quality
• Transfer of finished items to customers
• Documentation of the work carried out
• Perspective coordination and responsibility as a foreman

What you bring

• MAG welding knowledge, at least basic qualification
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• independent and reliable operation
• Class B driving licence
• forklift or corresponding practical experience of advantage
• Good knowledge of German
• Team skills, flexibility and performance
• readiness to take over more responsibility in perspective
