Summary In this global program role, you design and control the further development of Real Estate (RE) processes, standards, systems and digital solutions. A special focus is on the rollout of ServiceNow Real Estate, the harmonisation of global RE processes as well as the ability of regional and local users through playbooks, trainings, workshops and change management. The role is oriented as a project/programme manager function without disciplinary leadership. The focus is on global process and standardization competence, digital transformation, stakeholder alignment, governance and implementation strength within the global real estate organization. Education: Completed degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Corporate Real Estate Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Process Management or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in real estate, process management, program or project management or in a comparable function Experience in the planning, implementation, optimization and standardization of RE processes, ideally in an international matrix organization Competences: Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with IWMS or digital tools, ideally Planon, ServiceNow, SAP, CAD or comparable applications Understanding RE processes, standards, governance structures, KPI logics and compliance-relevant requirements Experience in managing complex programs, rollouts, workshops and stakeholder voting across multiple locations or regions Experience in digitalization and change management projects as well as in the introduction or further development of systems and processes in the Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management environment
