Business Manager Engineering (m/w/d) Frankfurt am Main It's all about Sales - Service Sales at the highest level Leadership and Responsibility: You take over the leadership of a dedicated team of sales professionals and recruiters. As the first contact person:in the field of technical, strategic and disciplinary topics, you actively shape the further development of your team Regional unity: You are building our engineering business in the Frankfurt/Main region. In doing so, you advise personal and telephone contact with new and existing customers and develop sustainable partnerships Advice with personality: In personal conversations on site, you identify the individual requirements of your customers and develop tailor-made solutions and successful business relationships Close to it: You conduct job interviews and personnel talks and attend your team from project employees Management: You coordinate customer projects and personnel requests in the engineering environment We offer you onboarding power: our Welcome Days, trainings, seminars, hospitations and e-learnings of the FERCHAU Academy (including on the topics: sales, labour law and contract types, acquisitions) Security: permanent employment contract, 30 days holiday and holiday allowance Success bonus and flexibility: Additional uncovered participation regardless of our salary requirement and the possibility to work on mobile Company car: From day 1 privately usable, from month 6 freely configurable (Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc.)
