We operate more than 30 facilities in all areas of social psychiatric care. For our residential and work project „Haus Buchenwinkel“ in Icking bei Wolfratshausen we are looking for a(n) from 15.09.2026 Projektleiter (m/w) (w/m/d) or Senior Consultant (m/d) (or comparable qualification) in parttime with up to 34 hours per week. In the Haus Buchenwinkel people live with mental illnesses, which have often not been able to cope with other forms of housing and care and therefore have not been able to find a longer-term “home”. With open concept we serve the people living here every day a year. The very well-functioning Wish Service Plan offers many freedoms that you will not find in other jobs. With new ideas and projects, we are trying to improve the quality of life for the people and reach them at a new level for them. Our donkeys and cats help with our also animal-based work.
