As a dedicated nursing assistant in the care of the elderly, you will not only bring well-founded expertise and practical experience, but also a high level of empathy and dedication to support and improve the quality of life of the elderly. • Support for basic care and everyday care of residents
• Secure storage and mobilization
• Care documentation and dissemination of important observations
• Accompanying everyday life and promoting quality of life
• Teamwork with nurses, therapists and relatives
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• You have completed one-year training in nursing (e.g. as a nursing assistant, in nursing care or nursing) and have already gained insights into stationary or outpatient care.
• You show team skills and communication strength to work effectively in the interdisciplinary team and promote exchange with relatives and other people involved
• You have a sense of responsibility and a sense of duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the supervised persons
• You have empathy and empathy to identify the needs of older people and to respond appropriately to them.
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You work in a flexible layer system and can help shape the schedule with your team.
