Our core competence is earth construction, civil engineering, special depth construction and demolition. We made sales of €39 million in 2025 with our 85 employees.

To support our technical management, we are now looking for a superstructure manager (m/w/d) for daily work in a medium-sized earth and civil engineering company.

Co-responsibility for the technical, economic and organisational implementation of construction projects for contractors Management and coordination of construction managers, polishing and construction site teams Superior management of the projects in terms of dates, costs, quality and work safety Ensuring compliance with the contract Central contact person for contracting authorities, construction offices, engineering offices, testing centres and authorities Controlling the follow-up management, including evaluation, justification and negotiation of supplements Checking the billing, grading and documentation in accordance with the client's requirements Participation in award procedures, tender tests and technical clarifications Support of management in the strategic development of the public sector

You have a degree in civil engineering (FH/TH/TU) or a comparable technical training / several years of practical work experience Multiannual professional experience in earth and civil engineering, preferably with projects for contracting authorities Embossed leadership, communication and organisational skills Self-employed working and entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of general (MS-Office) and industry-specific computer applications we may require you
