A reflected, understanding-oriented and value-adding attitude towards children, parents and teachers Fun to design sports and outdoor activities empathy, joy in development, flexibility and openness as well as a safe occurrence, authenticity and self-security Reliability and willingness to take co-responsibility for the success of joint work in a dedicated team The willingness to take over individual early services (7:00-8:30) and late services (until 16:00) is a prerequisite In the first year of employment, we expect applicants without educational qualifications to take part in the certificate course “Qualification for pedagogical employees in full-time schools”.
