• Coordination of technical and organisational matters between network operators for shared mobile infrastructure sites

• You act as a primary contact for operators, property owners and building managers and make sure everyone is on the same level

• Assessment and handling of the proposed sites including property and usage rights

• Management and negotiation of contracts, including land use contracts, cost proposals and permits for construction or conversion projects

• Requesting and testing essential documents such as plans, static calculations and radiotechnical information

• Coordination of submission and follow-up of the required permissions and permits

• Ensuring compliance with existing agreements and project budgets

• Monitoring and maintenance of current documentation of projects in customer-specific databases

• Creation of site-related cost offers and usage contracts and assessment of their technical and economic feasibility

• Completed training in a commercial or technical field (or comparable qualification)

• Multiannual professional experience in telecommunications, with particular experience in coordinating co-use contracts being preferred

• Technical understanding of construction plans and static calculations in telecommunications

• Experience with project documentation and legal contracts related to the use and construction of the site

• Confidence with technical standards and current legal framework in the telecommunications sector

• readiness to travel within designated regions and a valid driving licence (class B)
