Development of a Strategy for FIN Process Excellence for the entire ZEISS Group with Individual Development of a Roadmap for each Strategic Business Unit

Cultivating a positive attitude to continuous improvement and thus change throughout the ZEISS Group

Professional leadership of strategic lighthouse projects incl. Target definition and tracking of target achievement, reporting to senior management committees, professional leadership of all project staff, decision-making, and all other project management activities

University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, as well as outstanding expertise in Finance Process Excellence 10 years of professional experience; of which 5-7 years in a comparable role Relevant professional experience from the consulting field of a leading global company Experience in Finance and Strategy Representative technical or project-related leadership Process understanding at expert level; high communication strength, analytics, social competence Very good knowledge of English and German; further foreign languages desirable
