Completed studies in logistics, BWL, VWL or a comparable qualification Funded business knowledge and a secure understanding of key figures, reporting and economic relationships Multiannual professional experience in contract logistics, ideally in senior operational function Detectable leadership experience of larger teams across multiple levels Experience in dealing with Lean Management, Kaizen, Six Sigma or comparable methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and common warehouse management systems Embossed hand-on mentality, enforcement strength and high self-responsibility Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking and high service orientation Communication strength, team spirit and a sovereign appearance towards customers and employees
