Do you want to actively shape processes and shape the digital transformation of a bank? Our central process management is looking for backup – focusing on process optimization, automation (RPA) and the introduction of the new banking workspace. ♪

This is your responsibility: Implementations: You are responsible for the technical implementation of process adaptations in the core banking system agree21BAP and the implementation of new solutions in the banking workspace operating system.

Cooperation: Together with the process managers, You implement the improvements based on process optimization.

Test: Test new releases for the impact on existing processes and their functionality.

Training: You train and support team members and other departments in the technical implementation of process adaptations.

Support: By editing incoming tickets and providing first aid for processes in the core banking system, you provide the deadline-level support.

To convince us: Training: You have successfully completed a banking training and/or an IT training course.

Experience: In your previous career, you have already gained first experience in the field of activity.

Competences: It is easy for you to think completely and in solutions.

Operation: Your self-employment and your strong service orientation support your careful working.
