Team Leader Production - Electronics / Sensors (m/f/d)

You take on your own responsibility the technical guidance and methodological organization of the production team with currently five employees: inside and are therefore the central contact person for technical questions in production You support the daily work organization as well as the incorporation of new colleagues, thereby ensuring a smooth production process in daily business You are actively involved in production and are responsible for the final assembly of radar, sensor and embedded systems in small series. You have a completed training as an electronic:in, mechatronic:in or a comparable technical qualification. A further education to the technician:in or master:in is of advantage, but for us no need You have several years of professional experience in the production of technical products, ideally in the electrotechnical environment, bringing a strong technical understanding and pleasure in the practical problem solution with You like to share your knowledge with others, you like to be a specialist in the team and want to actively contribute your experience. Attractive remuneration: For this position, depending on experience and qualification, we offer an annual salary between 50,000 euros and 55,000 euros gross.
