As an important reference person, you plan, answer and support the care process professionally and support the residents in their daily structure Care documentation, risk assessment and action planning guide and evaluate professionally, digitally supported and independent The communication with residents, their relatives, doctors and supervisors will make you professionally safe and human The treatment care and all other care-related reservation tasks of a nursing professional are your tasks as well as the advice of residents and their relatives

Completed 3-year training as a nurse, examinated nursing staffin, health or nursing staffin or a comparable qualification Embossed social commitment and joy in dealing with people Sensitivity and appreciation in dealing with people in need of care Takeover of responsibility and commitment High level of team and cooperation Organizational talent and creativity Ready to continue and further education Self-working, self-initiative and reliability as well as strong communication and team skills Creativity, flexibility and ideally experience in digital-based care documentation
