Our national, 13-strong HR Development team is looking for reinforcement at Stuttgart location! As part of our 13-member HR Development team, you have the chance to contribute your enthusiasm for personnel development and to contribute significantly to the management of our diverse training portfolio: Event organization: You take responsibility for the operational planning and organization of our internal training formats (online, offline, hybrid). You are in close cooperation with our colleagues from the conception and are responsible for our training participants and service providers. Communication: With your communicative skill and safe occurrence, you are a contact person for trainers, conference hotels, caterers and other service providers to ensure smooth processes and to find solutions quickly and effectively in the event of challenges. System reference: You accompany the introduction of our new Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) and optimise the use by analyzing and developing existing training processes. Data management and training management: You organize and support our training opportunities in the digital learning platform and ensure data quality in HR Development through your precise work.

You bring a commercial training with first professional experience (e.g. in hotel or event management) or an economic study. Finding knowledge in the current MS Office programs as well as a pronounced organizational and coordination capability are a feature.
