Project Manager Construction of Complex Window and Façade Construction (m/f/d)

A project manager (m/w/d) is looking for the development of national projects in the field of window and facade construction. The company is located in Heidelberg; the projects are in southern Germany. In addition to the development and production of systems in wood, wood-aluminum, aluminium, steel and glass, the company is particularly concerned with the design and implementation of complete building envelopes and engineering facades.

Project overall responsibility and management of demanding projects in the field of facade construction (building shells, engineering facades etc. - systems of wood, wood aluminum, steel, glass etc.) Interface to external project participants (planning architects, technical engineers, local construction lines, project controllers and assembly companies) and internal business areas (construction, AV, purchasing, technical management, production and assembly) Technical clarification and coordination of development and construction work Request, Preparatory award and management of post-contracting services Cost control and accounting of projects

Multiannual professional experience in a project managerial activity within the construction industry - ideally also first expertise in the field of window and facade construction Embossed project management competence Expertise in implementing complex engineering façades Safe handling of common standards and guidelines Technical understanding of production processes, production processes and assembly processes Cost awareness and understanding of business relationships Sovereign communication with external project participants Experience in the coordination of assembly groups and subcontractors
