Construction and development of the Navy division Overall coordination and strategic development of activities in the Navy domain End-to-end control of the program as a profit center with own P&L Responsibility for business development, sales and customer communication Control of complex programs and projects in a matrix organization Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams Management of risks, escalations and critical project situations Close cooperation with internal areas, the management and companies of the PLATH Group Ensuring compliance and regulatory, security-relevant and export control requirements
