Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Quality assurance: You are responsible for the quality of purchased parts and products, with a strong focus on complex electronic assemblies and systems.

Component qualification: You carry out the structured qualification (including risk assessment) of purchase parts in new product development projects and work closely with the technical purchasing.

Audits & Acceptances: You qualify suppliers and take manufacturing processes by performing professional process and product audits directly with the local partners.

Complaint management: In case of discrepancies, you will request substantiated cause analyses from the suppliers and check the sustainable implementation of corrective measures.

Process optimization: You work in partnership with the supplier network to establish systematic structural quality improvements.

Qualification: A completed study with an electrotechnical focus or a technical training in the field of electronics with corresponding further qualification in quality.

Expertise: You have a deep technical understanding of component requirements, complex production processes and normative and legal requirements.

Methodology competence: You bring profound knowledge in the methods of quality management, component qualification and ideally in auditing.

Languages: For work in a global environment, fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing are absolutely necessary.
