Internal and external acquisition in the Bauen & Wohnen business area Demand-oriented and systematic exhaustion of transferred customer potential and offensive, profit-oriented acquisition of new customers income-oriented distribution of all products of the private customer segment and of the related partners, in particular all forms of financing, possibly in the investment area, with targeted involvement of a financial advisor Lending within the framework of transferred competencies and under existing rules Responsibility for the development of the associated customer connections Processing of intermediary requests

Completed training, e.g. banker / banker or banker (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable additional qualification or dual study Professional experience in sales, in-depth knowledge in active business (private housing financing) Good PC knowledge and safe handling of MS/OpenOffice products Sales-oriented behavior and skill in customer acquisition Teamability and strong communication skills, safe occurrence and conflictability, high temporal flexibility and mobility
