• Ensure that the construction site is ready for substantial construction activities and testing of all relevant conditions • Control and follow-up of the execution of Civil Works according to planning documents, specifications and applicable standards • Implementation of inspections and approvals for subsequent construction phases based on defined quality criteria • early detection of risks, proactive escalation of deviations and support in the implementation of countermeasures • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders and coordination and technical meetings • Persecution of project milestones, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and structured reporting and documentation Further development into a role over the entire project life cycle, including wind turbine orientation DEIN PROFIL • Study of civil engineering or comparable, alternative technical training with well-founded relevant building site experience or equivalent • Multiannual experience in concrete construction or in infrastructure projects, experience in wind energy is beneficial • Ability to control several projects in parallel and to set priorities structured • Embossed communication skills and experience in stakeholder management in construction projects • High self-responsibility, independent working and solution-oriented thinking • Valid German driver's license and high readiness to travel (~75 %, including longer driving times) • German knowledge at least B2 and good English knowledge in word and writing
