Case Manager - Socio-Pedagogical Residential Groups (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Case Manager (m/w/d) at the next possible point in time for our social education housing group at Chemnitz site, in parttime with 30 hours a week and initially limited for one year with the option of extension.

Your tasks with us:

• Case management in stationary housing groups
• close cooperation with the relevant specialist in the Youth Office
• close cooperation in the field
• Exchange with network partners
• Documentation and reporting according to requirements
• Preparation and implementation of aid and perspective talks

• Specialized university degree as a social pedagogue, or comparable degree
• Knowledge of the Case Management working method
• Very good communication and coordination skills
• High level of sense of responsibility
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Patience, empathy and pronounced social competence
• Ability to reflect and guide the strengths and needs of young people to be cared for
• Class B licence desirable
