Service Advisor for Motorhomes & Caravans (m/f/d)

You are the first contact for our customers in all questions concerning service, maintenance and repair of their motorhomes and caravans. You accept vehicles, together with our customers, discuss the upcoming work and start the corresponding workshop orders. You advise our customers competently and understandably on necessary repairs, maintenance work and other services. You create cost suggestions and offers and keep the agreed services and dates in mind. You coordinate the orders in close coordination with our workshop and ensure a smooth process. You keep our customers up to date during the workshop stay and tune additional work transparently with them. After completion of the work, you prepare the transfer of the vehicle and provide our customers with the services You have performed. With your friendly and binding way, you contribute to our customers happy to come back.

A completed commercial or technical training – ideally related to vehicles, caravaning, crafts or service Technical understanding and interest in motorhomes and caravans Experience in customer service, car house, workshop or caravaning environment is advantageous – but no need Joy of personal contact with customers and a pronounced service orientation A friendly, binding and solution-oriented communication Organizational talent and the ability to keep track even when multiple vehicles and customers need your attention at the same time An independent, structured and reliable operation Team spirit and joy in working with workshop and colleagues Safe handling of digital applications driving licence class B
