Product Manager Newsletter (m/f/d)

You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for our four media houses in all newsletter questions and in close cooperation with editors, marketing and other departments. You develop our newsletter strategy and implement measures – from reach to engagement optimization. You analyze KPIs, guide concrete action recommendations and identify potentials for performance and process optimization. You actively explore market trends and competitors and develop new ideas for user retention. You bring creative impulses into the newsletter marketing with a view to target groups and user needs.

You have a degree in digital marketing, media management or a comparable background. You bring at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the media environment or subscription business. You think data-based, can evaluate KPIs and derive measures from them. You work structured, conceptually and have a good feel for different target groups. You have experience with newsletter and CRM tools, preferably with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are careful in implementing, documenting clean and have a pronounced hands-on mentality.
