For our Customer Support, Reliability, Security (CRS) service field in Tribe Identity and Security Platforms (CRSISP), we are looking for you as a software developer and automation specialist in Identity & Access Management (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Berlin, Munich or Germany in full or parttime from 30 hours. Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Squad Identity Cloud (SIC). Here you work with 6 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

You play a key role in building and developing our IAM solutions (Identity and Access Management) in the public cloud (focus Microsoft Azure/ Entra ID, complemented by GCP). You bring your extensive experience in modern software development and infrastructure-as code (e.g. with Terraform, Python, PowerShell, GitLab CI/CD) and actively shape the technical basis for a new Dev team that you are leading professionally in the long term. You integrierst security and compliance requirements from the outset in architecture, code and processes - “Sec’” is not a retroactive component for you, but part of the design. In a regulated environment, you feel comfortable - you know how to implement security and compliance requirements technically effectively without braking innovation. You are responsible for the integration of complex solutions, the further development of our CI/CD landscape with a focus on quality, security and automation and your own impulses and experiences.

Personality with profile

Complete study of computer science or a comparable qualification in the IT field as well as many years of relevant professional experience in devOps or cloud engineering roles or comparable qualification in the IT field as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have a deep technical understanding in at least one of the relevant cloud stacks (Azure / GCP) as well as in topics such as public cloud architectures, Entra ID, SCIM, SSO, Terraform, PowerShell and GitLab CI/CD. You will bring well-founded knowledge of IT security, regulatory requirements and secure software architecture and their implementation in enterprise environments as well as extensive experience in modern software development, automation and infrastructure design (IaC). You have knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) to act safely in an international environment.
