Tasks

• Planning, execution and execution of events in the gastronomic facilities of the Cologne trade fair run by Aramark
• First contact person for organizers, guests and stand lines
• Pre- and post-processing of trade fair events incl. Creation of offers
• Care of events on site incl. Working at the event service
• Coordination of logistics for the gastronomy outlets of the fair events
• Efficient planning, instruction and guidance of time personnel
• Takeover of various work in day-to-day business and ensure our quality standards

Your profile

• Complete gastronomic training, preferably in hotel, system or event management
• First professional practice in the event restaurant
• Ready to use flexible times incl. Weekly work
• Safe occurrence, negotiation and communication strength
• High team orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
