Responsibility for the strategic and operational expansion of the Munich branch including revenue, earnings and budget responsibility Acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer partnerships in the Munich region Identification of new market potentials and implementation of regional growth and sales strategies Leadership, development and motivation of a powerful team of sales and recruiting Active presence in the market and support of strategically important customer, sales and acquisition activities
