Project Manager - Building Services Engineering / HVAC / Ventilation / Construction (m/f/d)

Our core competencies are in technical building equipment as well as in industrial pipeline construction and service. As a complete provider in these business areas or as a technical general contractor for the entire domestic engineering, we offer services from planning, delivery and assembly to maintenance and repair.

We currently employ around 460 employees at ten locations and around 1000 employees within the business group. We train our technical and commercial specialists. You are responsible for conducting our construction projects in the fields of industrial building equipment for commercial customers: air conditioning, heat pumps or water networks You plan new facilities, create accurate offers and always have the wishes of the customers and the costs in mind You take over the material disposition, the assembly and personnel planning and support in questions regarding the design, acceptance, follow-up management and billing with your know-how You serve “your” construction project on site and are at the side of our customers: with advice and action, which ensures a lot of change You coordinate our assembly and construction teams as well as the followers with clear instructions and a good portion of fingertips

You are technicians:in or Master:in or have a degree in the field of supply technology (e.g. sanitary technology, ventilation technology, heating technology, air conditioning technology, plant engineering or building technology, facility management etc.) You have practice in project and construction processing with focus on ventilation You like to have first leadership experience and a driving licence B, preferably BE You are a friendly and reliable personality that has fun in contact with customers: inside, supplier:in addition to teamwork and enthusiastic about your Macher mentality
