Senior Manager – Post Merger Integration & Value Creation (m/f/d)

In this position, you conduct the strategic planning and implementation of complex integration projects after business purchases in a global industrial environment. The focus of the position is on maximising synergies and promoting sustainable value creation. Value added & Performance Increase: Identification of synergy potentials for cost savings and revenue growth, monitoring of financial KPIs and continuous optimization of the integration plans for value maximisation. Restructuring: performing turnaround projects to redirect operations and strategy to increase performance. Integration strategy and implementation: Development and management of comprehensive integration strategies, leadership of cross-functional teams (including operations, finance, HR, IT, supply chain) and implementation of new structures to achieve the synergy objectives. Change Management: Advising executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring cultural integration through effective communication and change management initiatives.

Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering or a comparable discipline. You have many years of professional experience in strategy/restructure consulting, controlling or corporate development – ideally in an internationally operating industrial company. You bring well-founded knowledge in the areas of Operational & Commercial Excellence, Financial Management and Controlling as well as in the identification and realization of synergy potentials. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical and strategic way of thinking as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality and implement changes in a targeted and independent manner. You will also be able to convince yourself with strong leadership qualities, intercultural competence and excellent communication skills. Negotiating German and English skills are a prerequisite. Other foreign languages are advantageous. You bring the willingness to international missions of up to 30%.
