Our company

EWN GmbH is a company of the EWN Group. It is responsible for the rebuilding of closed nuclear installations and for the reliable disposal of the residual materials and waste produced. To complete our team in the HR department, we are looking for support in travel and qualification management.

Together strong Your duties

Their area of responsibility includes travel, training and qualification management

Examination of requests submitted

Self-organization of planned missions in compliance with the Federal Travel Cost Act (BRKG), including: Booking of hotels and transport

Examination of classifications and preparation of necessary documents

Processing of rebooks and cancellations

Assessment and verification of travel expenses: examination and payment of daily allowances Audit of accounts clarification of differences

Booking of internal and external training and training measures in compliance with operational regulations Economic consideration Search for providers Compliance with deadlines (calculations, annual accounts, monthly accounts) Contact for internal and external contact persons

Your profile

You have completed specialist training, ideally in travel or administration

Knowledge and experience of company/public service travel management

Very good organizational skills and service orientation

Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
