You are responsible for the establishment, operation and continuous development of the data protection management system. In doing so, ensure and develop the topicality of the directorate of processing activities. You support the data protection officer in the content preparation and preparation of data protection impact assessments. The advice of internal bodies as well as the response of data protection requests in accordance with internal and legal requirements are part of your task as well as the support of the specialist departments in the conclusion of data protection contracts with service providers. You also document and analyze data protection incidents and violations. The independent processing of data subjects in accordance with statutory requirements and deadlines is also part of your task. The close cooperation with the data protection officer completes your area of responsibility.

You are ideally accompanied by a study of the business economy, the law or computer science, a commercial training or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have professional experience in data protection management and have an interest in data protection issues. You have knowledge of the relevant legal requirements in the field of data protection, ideally you will also bring knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the field of information security. Technical understanding with regard to IT system is advantageous. Cross-departmental cooperation with colleagues will give you pleasure. Knowledge or experience with bank-specific topics is desirable. Their thinking is risk- and process-oriented. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
