Controlling Operations Controlling for Essen as Business Partner Finance Creation and further development of transparent reports and KPI analyses at cost, throughput times, stocks and other performance KPIs Support in the implementation and follow-up of ramp up measures Implementation of target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness assessments of operational processes Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual planning as well as forecasts for operations Implementation of investment calculations and participation in the optimization of production projects Implementation of Make-or-Buy Decisions Use and development of BI systems and SAP BW for operational reporting Participation in internal and external audits

Successfully completed studies of the business, economic engineering or a comparable course of studies with a focus on controlling, production or supply chain Multiannual professional experience in operation, or factory controlling Very good understanding of production, logistics and material flow processes Found experience in handling KPIs and control characteristics in the operating environment Secure handling of BI tools (e.g. Power BI) as well as SAP BW and ideally SAP CO, PP or MM Analytical thinking, independent working, enforcement and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, North Rhine-Westphalia. The gross annual fee is €58,500 at the start at a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, special tariff payments are applicable in accordance with the collective agreement, the claim varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
