At the location in Hamburg-Stade, we are looking for you as a full-time unikateed turning & milling (m/w/d).

The place is limited until the end of June 2027!

Operation, installation and programming of conventional turning and milling machines (3-axis) Manufacturing of complex individual parts and small series Reading and interpreting technical drawings, 3D models and production orders Self-planning and derivation of the required processing steps Selection of suitable tools and clamping means Optimization of cutting and processing parameters Implementation of measurement and quality controls during production Ensuring dimensional accuracy and required surface quality Analysis and elimination of manufacturing and machine problems Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes Maintenance and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment Documentation of manufacturing parameters and test results Compliance with quality, safety and safety regulations

Completed vocational training for the lathe/miller or as a machining mechanic At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing / production Knowledge of programming (G-Code) and operation of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines for single parts production Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and 3D models German and basic English skills

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
