What awaits you As a Senior Expert Product Development Software (gn), you are responsible for building and developing our technology-driven software product development area. You take over the design and implementation of a new innovative software development area with a focus on SaaS products for our customers. You develop a clear vision and strategy for product development. You run an interdisciplinary, international agile software development team as well as an external development team with more than 20 employees. You ensure the scalability of applications and organizational processes and also take responsibility for successful product development. You control cooperation with external service providers, including contract negotiations, auditing and budgetary responsibility. You work closely with technically oriented stakeholders and agree with them. The preparation of communication and decision templates for different target groups completes your task field.

You have knowledge of project management and resource planning, as well as the ability to estimate resources, time and scope. You have experience in designing scalable and robust SaaS solutions.
