Pedagogical Assistant (m/w/d) / State-approved educator (m/w/d) (24 h/week)

Your tasks:

• Kind oriented organization of the daily routine and the entire time planning
• Responsibility, taking into account the **Concept for the smooth daily routine in consultation with the management
• Planning, organisation and implementation of all offers and special activities
• Cooperation in the development of the organizational and pedagogical concept of the institution
• Active participation in parental, support and conflict talks
• Preparation of written observations, documentation and reflections

Your profile:

• A completed Training for Trainer (m/w/d) Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) or Socialpädagogik qualifies you for this call.
• Management experience is desirable, but no need.
• Advanced training in pedagogical or rehabilitative area.
• Personal commitment, team and integration skills, and Responsibility are yours.
