Senior Software Consultant / Expert for Personnel Deployment Software (m/f/d)

In one of our business teams, you enter into several customer organisations together with your colleagues – mainly from the hospital sector, but also firefighters and rescue services. You advise our customers on the introduction, optimization and further development of their service planning solutions. In doing so, you analyze complex business plan and time management processes and develop tailor-made technical and process solutions.

You accompany our customers in ongoing operation by supporting and qualifying users. This makes you think that TIMEOFFICE does not only work for customers, but creates real added value.

You take responsibility for product demos and workshops with interested parties to grow as a team.

You will participate in projects for product development, quality assurance and market positioning of your team.

In short, you combine customer relationships with consulting, conception and sustainable solution development – and make sure that TIMEOFFICE can move even more with our customers.

A completed training or study with reference to personnel deployment planning, health management or comparable practical work experience. A good technical understanding of modern software applications in a professional environment, in particular personal application software, HR and ERP systems.
