As a technical trainer (m/w/d) in the field of production printing, you will participate in the design of state-of-the-art blended learning training and carry out it for customers and partners. Your tasks include: Development of employee and product training in the presence or digital format as well as internal and external workshops in the fields of production printing, color management/profiling and workflow configuration Planning and organisation of up-to-date training (including digital content and training) including technology, materials and LMS administration Self-fulfilment of training, workshops and presentations for the respective target groups in attendance or using IT-supported methods (e.g. virtual classrooms) in Meerbusch or regional as well as follow-up Ensuring expertise through close cooperation with specialists in incident and problem management as well as with product-based specialists/managers Continuous training and updating of knowledge in the areas of ISO and FOGRA standards and in the field of color management in general Maintenance and, if necessary, exchange of training equipment and infrastructure

You have a completed technical or business studies or a comparable training You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of training management and provide sound knowledge in the field of color management, profiling and calibration Experience in handling software applications for creating storyboard documentation, videos and animated drawings for designing training courses Excellent communication skills and creativity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience An independent, structured and organised way of working Team spirit for trusting cooperation with internal and external partners Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
